Change your mind? We make returns simple.

At a glance: Online orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full-price items can be refunded to your original payment method or exchanged. Sale items are refunded as store credit. Return free in any of our Hong Kong boutiques, or by mail at your own cost. Boutique purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded.

30 Days, Easy Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your online order, wherever you are.

  • Full-price items: full refund to your original payment method, or an exchange for another size or style.

  • Sale items: refunded as store credit to your Aleshia account, to use on any future online order.

Return or Exchange by Mail

Wherever you are, follow these three steps.

1. Start your return or exchange through our returns portal.
2. Pack the item unworn, unwashed, with tags attached.
3. Send it to the address below.

Return postage is paid by the customer. Please use a tracked service (S.F. Express recommended) and keep your tracking number. Original shipping fees are not refunded.

Refunds and store credit are processed within 3–5 business days of receipt. Exchanges are shipped once we receive your return.

Bring your online order to any of our three boutiques for an instant exchange or return — no shipping needed.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags. Sale items are refunded as store credit only. Boutique purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded.

A Note on Fair Use

We want every customer to shop with confidence, so we monitor return activity closely. If a customer's return ratio is unusually high over the year, we may need to limit future service — thank you for helping us keep this policy sustainable for everyone.
