From dispatch to your door, here's how delivery works at Aleshia.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping on every order to Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Macau — no minimum spend. Within Hong Kong, shipping is free on orders over HK$400, delivered by S.F. Express; smaller orders carry a small fee, calculated automatically at checkout.
Other international orders ship for a flat rate of HK$180. VIP members ship internationally free — learn about VIP.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We dispatch orders daily, Monday to Saturday, so your order is on its way fast. Delivery within Hong Kong takes 2–4 working days; Singapore, Taiwan and Macau usually 2–4 working days, and Malaysia 3–5. Other international orders travel via HK Post, DHL, FedEx or Aramex.

Pick up your order free of charge at any of our three Hong Kong boutiques, or at an S.F. Express store or locker near you. See our Self Pick-Up Options.

Returns
Online orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full-price items can be refunded to your original payment method or exchanged; sale items are refunded as store credit. Return free in any of our Hong Kong boutiques, or by mail at your own cost. Boutique purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded. See our Returns & Exchange policy.
