1. PICK UP AT ALESHIA RETAIL STORES

Enjoy the convenience of picking up your order at one of our retail locations. Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Make your order online.
Step 2: Select "Pick up at Aleshia Retail Stores" and choose your preferred store.
Step 3: Complete checkout and provide a valid mobile number.
Step 4: You’ll receive a pick-up notice via WhatsApp once your parcel is ready.

2. S.F. STORE PICK-UP SERVICE

Prefer to pick up your order at an S.F. Store? Here’s what you need to know:

  • Provide a valid mobile number to receive a pick-up notice via SMS.

  • Once your order arrives at the selected S.F. Store, you’ll receive an SMS notification.

  • Pick up your parcel within 3 days of receiving the SMS.

3. S.F. PARCEL LOCKER PICK-UP SERVICE

For a quick and contactless pick-up experience, choose our S.F. Parcel Locker service:

  • Provide a valid mobile number to receive a pick-up notice via SMS.

  • Once your order arrives at the selected locker, you’ll receive an SMS with a login code.

  • Pick up your parcel within 48 hours by entering the code at the locker.
