Ways to Earn
Place an order, online or in store — 1 point for every HK$1 you pay
Points are calculated on the amount you actually pay for your items, after any discounts or rewards are applied. Shipping fees are not counted.
Create an account — +100 points · Register here
Follow us on Instagram — +200 points
Celebrate your birthday — +200 points, every year
Signing up and following us on Instagram earns you 300 points before you even place an order.

500 points — HK$20 off
1,000 points — HK$50 off
2,500 points — HK$130 off
5,000 points — HK$280 off
The bigger the reward you save for, the more each point is worth — patience pays.
Redeem at checkout whenever you are ready. Check your balance any time via the rewards icon at the corner of our site, or in your account under Rewards.
Points expire 12 months after your last activity — any order or reward keeps your whole balance alive. We will email you before anything expires.
Loyalty & VIP — Better Together
Points and VIP status grow side by side: the same HK$5,000 of orders that fills your points balance also qualifies you for Aleshia VIP — 10% off everything, private events and more.
Program Terms
· Points are earned on completed purchases, online or in our boutiques, made under your member account. Points cannot be added retroactively to orders placed as a guest.
· Points are earned on the amount paid for products after discounts and reward redemptions, excluding shipping fees and taxes.
· Points expire 12 months after your last account activity (order, points earned or reward redeemed). Reminder emails are sent before expiry.
· If an order is cancelled, refunded or exchanged, the points earned on it will be adjusted accordingly.
· Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
· Rewards are redeemed as discounts at checkout and cannot be applied to past orders.
· One reward may be used per order. Rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes.
· Aleshia may update point values, rewards or these terms from time to time; the current version on this page applies.
