Redeem at checkout whenever you are ready. Check your balance any time via the rewards icon at the corner of our site.
Points expire 12 months after your last activity — any order or reward keeps your whole balance alive. We will email you before anything expires.
Loyalty & VIP — Better Together
Points and VIP status grow side by side: the same HK$5,000 of orders that fills your points balance also qualifies you for Aleshia VIP — 10% off everything, private events and more.
Program Terms
· Points are earned on completed online purchases made while logged in to your account. Points cannot be added retroactively to orders placed as a guest.
· Points expire 12 months after your last account activity (order, points earned or reward redeemed). Reminder emails are sent before expiry.
· If an order is cancelled, refunded or exchanged, the points earned on it will be adjusted accordingly.
· Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
· Rewards are redeemed as discounts at checkout and cannot be applied to past orders.
· One reward may be used per order; rewards cannot be combined with certain other promotions.
· Aleshia may update point values, rewards or these terms from time to time; the current version on this page applies.
