Ordering
I can't complete my order — what should I do?
This is usually a card issue or a formatting error in your billing or shipping address. Try re-entering your details, and if the error persists, email myaleshia@outlook.com and we'll process your order manually.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't been dispatched yet. Message us on WhatsApp at +852 6576 8856 as soon as possible.
Can I place an urgent order?
Yes. For special occasions, message us on WhatsApp at +852 6576 8856 before you order, and we'll do our best to prioritise it.
Shipping
Where is my confirmation email?
Allow up to 24 hours, and check your spam or junk folder. Still nothing? Email myaleshia@outlook.com.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order to Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan and Macau, with no minimum spend. Within Hong Kong, shipping is free on orders over HK$400. See Delivery & Shipping.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Yes. Add your preferred time range in the special instructions box at checkout.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Online orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Full-price items can be refunded to your original payment method or exchanged. Sale items are refunded as store credit to your Aleshia account. Return free in any of our Hong Kong boutiques, or by mail at your own cost. Boutique purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded. How do I use store credit?
Store credit is added to your Aleshia account, linked to the email you ordered with. Log in at checkout and it can be applied to any future online order.
Fit & Sizing
How do I choose my size?
Check the size guide on each product page. Our fit models are 165cm — a useful reference point when comparing measurements.
