For orders over HK$ 1,000, we offer free shipping by S.F. Express all over Asia (Except Malaysia). For orders under HK$ 1,000, S.F express deliver fee will be paid by receiver.
International orders (USA/ Australia/ United Kingdom/ Canada and etc.)
For any orders, we offer a standard international delivery fee HK $180.

Processing time
We will ship within 2-3 days after you place your order online. Order placed after 12PM on Saturday will ship out on Monday. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders.
For pre-order item(s), we will ship it on the written estimated time after the products arrived at our warehouse.

- We offer returns or exchange within 14days for order from Asia and 30days for overseas order.
- You can return your product for store credit, exchange to a different product or a refund to the original payment method.

- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original tags
- You are welcome to refund or exchange at any Aleshia stores
