Return & Exchange
Online orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery (30 days for overseas orders), with a full refund to your original payment method.
- In a boutique — free: bring your order to Harbour City, Moko or Causeway Bay for an instant exchange or return.
- By mail: start your return through our returns portal, then post the item to Room 1114, 11/F Kenning Industrial Building, 19 Wang Hoi Road, Kowloon Bay (Recipient: Aleshia). Return postage is paid by the customer.
Sale items are final sale. Boutique purchases cannot be exchanged or refunded. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached.
