Original-price items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days:
- Exchange in store: at any of our Hong Kong boutiques.
- Return by mail: send it to our Kowloon Bay office. Start your return through our returns portal, then post the item to: Room 1114, 11/F Kenning Industrial Building, 19 Wang Hoi Road, Kowloon Bay (Recipient: Aleshia).
